# Review a SAP Handoff Prompt

Review this protocol-to-SAP handoff against the source protocol and the template.

Check each TRACE-ID for:
- Protocol/SAP version and locator present.
- Population, treatment strategies, variable/outcome, and summary contrast stated.
- Estimand distinguished from estimator and from observed variables.
- Time zero, follow-up, intercurrent events, missing data, uncertainty, diagnostics,
  outputs, and deviation handling stated or visibly Unresolved.
- Secondary/sensitivity analyses labeled as same-estimand or different-estimand.
- Economic and NMA/ITC plans and any investigator-supplied trial SAP correctly
  attached or visibly pending; a trial protocol must not be called an SAP.
- No invented numerical thresholds, code lists, validation claims, or prespecification.

Return a table with: issue ID, TRACE-ID/SPEC-ID, severity, source evidence,
required correction, decision owner. Do not resolve substantive method choices;
mark them Unresolved and name the required decision-maker.
